Think Pink! Cute Friends

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Hand Stamped Sentiments is having a Think Pink! Challenge.  For my entry, I thought it would be nice to do a cute girly card for a friend so I wanted to use Stampin' UP! set Little Friends.  Card Patterns has a new sketch this week that went well with the stamp set I wanted to use so I competed in that challenge too.

I added White Bakers Twine behind the flower to create a WOW factor:).  To dye the twine, I used a Melon Mambo Marker and colored it.  It was a little messy, but turned out well. I used a 1 3/8" circle punched from Pink Pirouette cardstock with tape to adhere the Twine to the ribbon flower.See the photos below to see how I attached the Twine to the Ribbon Flower.
